• The price is per person in a fully occupied room.
• The local stay tax of 30 CZK / person / night is not included in the price - payable on-site.
• Access to the wellness area after 7:00 PM is for persons over 18 years of age only.
• Discount for children 3 - 11.9 years old - please contact us for the exact price.
• One child up to 2.99 years old without a bed is free of charge.
• Parking fee 150 CZK / day.
• Baby cot rental is for a one-time fee of 200 CZK (advance reservation required).
• Pets are for a fee of 200 CZK / night.

• Building B is a side building, connected to building A by a long, covered (no need to go outside, everything is inside the complex) connecting corridor. Reception, restaurant, Wellness area, and elevator are in building A. Rooms in building B are slightly smaller compared to the main building.
• Not recommended for persons with reduced mobility (there is no elevator in the building, access via a longer corridor).
• A baby cot in building B can be placed in triple, quadruple, and quintuple rooms; it cannot be placed in a double room.
